Job summary

Sensitech, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Associate I in Redmond, WA to refurbish and recycle returned equipment to like-new condition for resale. You will perform duties per work instructions, ensure data quality, and support various product lines.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and good communication with team members and other departments. Training and safety procedures are emphasized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ months experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• 10+ months of working experience using Microsoft Office Suites.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer sales orders for completeness of required data logger settings.
• Label electronic devices as needed.
• Prepare and package devices for shipment including requested documentation.
• Review electronically generated files for quality of recorded data.
• Use barcode scanners to process serialized devices as required.
• Communicate via email and/or phone with other locations/departments regarding orders and status.
• Assist Team Lead in printing customer orders, work tickets, post validations and spec notes to ensure proper distribution of daily workload.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day product and order difficulties.
• Assist in developing other employees in the department and training new employees.
• Perform other tasks such as Recycle Associate duties and help other departments as needed.
• Lift/move items and perform tasks weighing up to 50 lbs as required.
