Job summary

The DAVIS Companies is seeking an Assembly/Kitting Technician for a contract-to-hire role with a growing life sciences manufacturer in Billerica, MA. You will assemble customer kits, perform light mechanical assembly, label components, and maintain production documentation for products used in laboratory and research environments.

The 1st shift runs from 6am–9am, offering hands-on work with basic hand tools, a focus on quality, and collaboration within a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of assembly, production, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using basic hand tools and performing detailed assembly work.
• Ability to follow written instructions and complete documentation accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

A growing life sciences companyis seeking an Assembly/Kitting Technician for a growing life sciences manufacturer in Billerica, MA. In this role, you will assemble customer kits, perform light mechanical assembly, label components, and maintain production documentation to support products used in laboratory and research environments.

Shift of the Assembly/Kitting Technician:

1st Shift, open to start times between 6am-9am

Pay Rate of the Assembly/Kitting Technician:

$25/hr
