The Test & Assembly Technician is responsible for the mechanical assembly, inspection, testing, and documentation of products manufactured to demanding Military Level 1 specifications and ISO 9001 quality standards.
This is a hands-on mechanical position requiring strong experience with hand and power tools, precision measuring equipment, mechanical assembly, and product testing. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring every product meets exact specifications before it leaves the facility.
The successful candidate will be a mechanically inclined, hands-on problem solver who enjoys building, testing, measuring, and improving products. You should take ownership of your work, recognize the importance of precision and documentation, and understand that quality is built into every step of the manufacturing process.
Experience in industrial, defense, pressure vessel, fluid systems, fabrication, or precision manufacturing is highly valued.
