Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or assembly engineering experience in a discrete manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability in authoring work instructions and conducting structured training.

Responsibilities

• Study and optimize assembly methods across the fixture portfolio.
• Design and build bench fixtures, jigs, and tooling to improve quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time.
