Assembly & Disassembly Crew Member - Crane Department

Join our team as an Assembly & Disassembly Crew Member - Crane Department at Guy M Turner.

Position Details: This hands-on role involves travel, with some weeks local and others requiring overnight stays depending on project needs. We offer competitive pay based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of hydraulic and crawler cranes under supervision.
2. Use hand tools to install, remove, and adjust crane components such as pins and fasteners.
3. Operate in various weather and site conditions.
4. Follow instructions from the Assembly & Disassembly Supervisor.
5. Travel to and from job sites using a company vehicle.
6. Record time and tasks accurately using a company tablet and ATOM software.

Minimum Requirements

1. Ability to lift 50-70 pounds.
2. Comfortable climbing and working at heights of 10-15 feet.
3. Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
4. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely.
5. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
6. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the NC Yard.
7. Prior crane experience is a plus but not required.
