Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring for an entry-level assembly position in Elgin, IL. No experience needed—training provided. You'll join a team assembling and processing mobile radios and telecom equipment, with shifts starting at 6am or 2:45pm depending on the shift.

This temp assignment is approximately 6 weeks, with weekly pay and no advanced requirements. Responsibilities include loading and scanning components, prepping shipments, and rotating through tasks such as cabling, assembly with torque

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and rotate roles.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to stand/move entire shift.
• Lift 35 lbs solo, 50+ lbs team.

Responsibilities

• Load and scan electronic components with automated systems.
• Pick mobile accessories, prep cartons for shipping.
• Rotate between roles, including cabling, assembly (using torque guns), and equipment testing.
• Follow computer instructions and work cross-trained in different assembly tasks.

• 1st shift: 6am-2:15pm ($16/hr)
• 2nd shift: 2:45pm-11pm ($17.50/hr)
• Temp Assignment (lasting approximately 6 weeks, could be longer)
