Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• 1-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Well-rounded mechanical ability.
• Willingness to participate in continuous learning opportunities.
• Ability to teach, coach, and mentor team members on solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Organize and plan line execution to meet SQDC goals
• Prepare work to be accomplished by following assembly instructions, part lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials (1st/Last piece, labels, scrap sheets, documentation)
• Ensure components are assembled throughout the zone by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
• Deliver to customer expectations by training and enforcing Assembly and Quality standards
• When I can't follow standardized work, stop and elevate to Material Handling, Mfg. Engineering, or Team Leader
• Follow TQC's and verifies
