Qualifications

• 1-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Well-rounded mechanical ability and willingness to participate in continuous learning.
• Ability to teach, coach, and mentor team members on solving problems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and regulations.
• Organize and plan line execution to meet SQDC goals.
• Prepare work by following assembly instructions, gathering parts, tools and materials.
• Ensure components are assembled correctly by inspecting connections and fasteners.
• Train and enforce Assembly and Quality standards to meet customer expectations.
• Escalate when standard work cannot be followed to appropriate teams.
• Follow TQC procedures and verifications.
• Train new associates on onboarding, standards, and equipment.
