AGC Heat Transfer in Fairview, OR is hiring an Assembly Associate II to join our EPS team. You will perform hands-on tasks in the Plates area, operate equipment, and help production run smoothly.

We value safety, quality, and teamwork. Requirements include 2+ years in manufacturing, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic reading/writing in English. We offer competitive pay ($22–$25/hr) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED; trade schooling a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic presses, machining, and tooling as needed.
• Apply rubber gaskets to plates and perform visual quality inspections.
• Prepare plate packs and gaskets for shipment.
• Count and record parts; keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow written instructions and participate in safety and production improvement efforts.
