Job summary

AGC Heat Transfer, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Associate I – Swing shift in Fairview, Oregon. The role involves material handling, operating ovens and leak testing equipment, and assembling plate heat exchangers.

You will count parts, prepare packs, and assist with shipping while maintaining safety and quality standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; PPE and 5S safety principles must be followed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Material handling with crane, hoists, forklift, pallet jack.
• Operate industrial oven and leak testing equipment.
• Port plates; apply rubber gaskets.
• Count and record parts; prepare plate packs for shipping.
• Build pallets; keep work areas clean.
• Follow written instructions; perform tasks safely.
• Assist with logging and pressure washing used plates.
• Other duties as assigned.
