Job summary

AGC Heat Transfer is seeking an Assembly Associate II for the EPS team in Fairview, OR. The role is full-time, on-site, with pay in the $22–$25/hr range.

You will perform hands-on assembly in the Plates area, operate cranes and presses, and ensure quality and timeliness of plate packs and gaskets. We value reliability, safety mindedness, and readiness to grow with a leading OEM of sanitary plate heat exchangers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade schooling a plus.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic math.
• Commitment to PPE and 5S; able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate hands-on tasks in Plates area to keep production running smoothly.
• Handle materials with overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
• Operate hydraulic presses, industrial ovens, and leak-testing equipment.
• Apply rubber gaskets to new and customer plates.
• Prepare plate packs and gaskets for shipment.
• Follow written instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Participate in safety and production improvement efforts.
