At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.

Assembly/Test Technician - Third shift 11 PM - 7 AM, plus 15% shift differential

This position requires access to certain confidential information controlled under U.S. export laws. All personnel must be eligible to obtain necessary export licenses or authorizations. The process may take approximately 4 to 6 months, and eligibility depends on current regulations and individual circumstances.
Employment is contingent upon verifying export license or authorization requirements. Infinera will collect necessary documents for compliance assessments.
