Assembly and Test Technician – 3rd shift

Position Details

Assembly/Test Technician - Third shift 11 PM - 7 AM, plus 15% shift differential

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test highly complex optoelectronic products.
• Be detail-oriented and demonstrate fine motor skills.
• Take and comprehend directions from simple to moderate complexity.
• Adapt to constant changes to complete tasks effectively.
• Maintain good communication with management, engineering, and peers to improve manufacturing yields and throughput.
• Be flexible in daily routines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Work independently in a high-tech manufacturing team environment.
• Learn new skills, processes, and operations.
• Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office software.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Education and Experience

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Background in optoelectronics manufacturing operations preferred.
