Paw Prosper in Aurora, CO is seeking an assembly & refurbishment associate to refurbish pet wheelchairs and mobility equipment while supporting warehouse fulfillment.

You will use hand and power tools to restore products to high-quality standards, inspect items, assemble and test, and maintain accurate inventory for shipment. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Refurbish pet wheelchairs and mobility equipment using hand and power tools.

• Package and label refurbished products for inventory or shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts, components, and finished products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment as needed.
• Organize and maintain warehouse workstations and inventory areas.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and warehouse operations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Support team members and warehouse operations to meet daily goals.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined, and detail-oriented Assembly & Refurbishment Associate to join our operations team. This role will primarily focus on refurbishing pet wheelchairs and mobility equipment, while also supporting warehouse fulfillment operations as needed. You’ll play an important role in ensuring refurbished products are restored to high-quality standards and ready to help pets regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in building and repairing products correctly. You should be comfortable using tools, following processes, and working both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience using hand and power tools


• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail


• Ability to assemble and repair products accurately and efficiently


• Comfortable standing, lifting, and performing physical warehouse work


• Ability to lift upto 80 lbs. safely


• Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations


• Strong organizational and problemsolving skills


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Forklift certification or experience is a plus (but not required)
