Job summary

ResourceMFG in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking dependable Assembly Technicians to support production on the 2nd shift. This hands-on role involves moving, loading, unloading, and organizing parts from the paint line while maintaining safety and attendance.

Candidates should be able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

This position involves hands-on, physical work assisting with the movement, organization, loading, and unloading of parts and materials coming from the paint line. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to maintain consistent attendance throughout the assignment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Move, transfer, and organize parts and components throughout the production area.
• Support the loading and unloading of materials from the paint line.
• Assist with staging, sorting, and transporting large metal parts.
• Perform manual labor and material handling tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
