ResourceMFG in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking dependable Assembly Technicians to support production on the 2nd shift. This hands-on role involves moving, loading, unloading, and organizing parts from the paint line while maintaining safety and attendance.

Candidates should be able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and move materials throughout shift.
• Physically able to perform repetitive manual tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Move, transfer, and organize parts and components throughout the production area.
• Support loading and unloading of materials from the paint line.
• Assist with staging, sorting, and transporting large metal parts.
• Perform manual labor and material handling tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform team lifts and safely handle materials as needed.
