Job summary

Aebi Schmidt USA, located in Monroe, WI (Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand), is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will read assembly prints, select materials, and assemble parts on the shop floor.

This role uses hand, pneumatic, and power tools to fasten components, interpret documentation, and ensure quality. Candidates should be able to lift up to 45 lbs and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read and execute instructions as found on blueprints.
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
• Perform basic math.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. without assistance.
• Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools, and machinery.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.

ASSEMBLER
