Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is hiring an Assembly position for 1st shift. This fully onsite role requires building assemblies to print specs, documenting components, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour with benefits on day 1, plus 401(k) with match and paid time off. High school diploma or GED is required; entry-level candidates welcome. Join Regal Rexnord and be part of a global manufacturing team.

Essential Functions:

• Build assemblies to print specifications to meet required due dates adhering to all ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.


• Receive and document receipt of component parts i.e., screw, stem cover, housing tube, actuator tube and boot to work cell.


• Maintain clean and safe work environment.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.


• Entry Level Position.


• Interpret and understand verbal and written directions. Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.


• Mechanically inclined with good math skills. Use basic measuring devices, including tape measure, micrometers and calipers. Operate power shop equipment. Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.
