Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an entry-level Assembly technician for the 1st shift, onsite in Cleveland, OH. The role involves building assemblies to print specs, documenting part receipts, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour with day-one benefits, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. No prior experience required, but mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Entry level position.
  • Ability to interpret verbal and written directions.
  • Team oriented and able to complete tasks.
  • Mechanically inclined with good math skills.
  • Ability to use measuring devices: tape measure, micrometers, calipers.
  • Operate power shop equipment.
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build assemblies to print specifications to meet due dates adhering to ISO 9001.
  • Receive and document receipt of component parts (screw, stem cover, housing tube, actuator tube, boot).
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Assembly 1st shift. Starting rate of $16 - $18 per hour, Plus…benefits on day 1,401(k) with match, paid time off as well as joining a growing Company with a great team. At Regal Rexnord, our people make all the difference in our success.

Essential Functions
  • Build assemblies to print specifications to meet required due dates adhering to all ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
  • Receive and document receipt of component parts i.e., screw, stem cover, housing tube, actuator tube and boot to work cell.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Non-Essential Functions
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
