Job summary

Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA seeks an Assembly Technician to join our onsite manufacturing facility. You will assemble motor components, emphasize safety, quality, delivery, and productivity, and report to the Production Supervisor in a unionized environment.

This role offers a climate-controlled building, first shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with matching, paid time off, life and AD&D, tuition assistance, and spending accounts.

Job description

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

SUMMARY

The Assembly Technician will work in various areas in our manufacturing facility, assembling different motor components. In this role, they will focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.

The position reports to the Production Supervisor and is a unionized company. It includes the opportunity to grow and be eligible for health and welfare and retirement benefits. The position is in our climate-controlled building in West Chester, PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and assembling motor components with minimal supervision

• Responsible for following quality system procedures as required

Experience Requirements

• Ability to read process instructions and detail drawings

• Basic math skills required

• Detail oriented

• Ability to work independently but function in a team-based environment

Physical Requirements

• Standing - 8 hours a day

• Lifting - No more than 50 pounds

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift is Monday to Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm
