Job summary

AllStaff is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Assembler in Columbiana, OH. You will perform manual assembly, operate forming, drilling, tapping machines, and pack finished goods while upholding safety and quality standards.

Compensation is $16.00/hour with weekly pay, temp-to-hire, possible overtime, and shift options (1st or 2nd). A benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance is available; some Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to work both 1st and 2nd shift as assigned.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working full-time hours with possible overtime and Saturdays.
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and maintain quality standards.

• Operate powered forming machines.
• Operate single-spindle and multiple-spindle drilling and tapping machines.
• Change drills and taps as needed during production.
• Pack finished product for shipment.
