Job summary

Carr Lane Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator to assemble and package parts on a daytime shift in St. Louis, MO. You will use various tools and light machinery to prepare components for shipment and ensure parts meet quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, good communication, and the ability to follow directions with solid time management. Strong teamwork and basic English reading/writing are preferred for successful collaboration.

Position Overview

As a Production Operator on our Assembly Team, you will play a key role in assembling and packaging parts and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of a variety of parts and components, using different tools.
• Use light machinery to bag and label parts and components or etch parts.
• Work as part of a team; following directions. Interpret work instructions, follow blueprints.
• Check part functionality when needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills
• Ability to follow directions, strong time management.

Preferred:

• Basic technical knowledge of the equipment, tools and the assembly process
• Able to work well independently or as part of a team
• Ability to read, write and understand English
