Job summary

Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, is seeking an Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Lincoln, NE. You will perform light assembly of water treatment equipment and kits, operate a forklift safely, and support multiple workstations to meet production schedules.

You should be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of following instructions with a strong work ethic. The role emphasizes quality and safety in all tasks and daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1-2 years or more experience in a manufacturing-type position (preferred).
• Forklift Certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Light Assembly - Assemble water treatment equipment and kits according to detailed instructions.
• Safely operate a forklift and move between workstations to meet production schedules.
• Identify and report quality, equipment, process, or material concerns while following Franklin Electric quality and safety standards.

What you will be doing: Light Assembly - Assemble water treatment equipment and kits according to detailed instructions, safely operate a forklift, and work across various workstations to meet production schedules. You’ll also identify and report quality, equipment, process, or material concerns while following Franklin Electric quality and safety standards.

What you need:

• Punctual/dependable with great attendance
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1 - 2 years or more experience working in a manufacturing-type position (preferred)
• Forklift Certification with 1-3 years or more of forklift experience (preferred)

Physical demands for the job: This role requires you to continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Continually stand, regularly required to walk. Occasionally required to sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps, turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities/ reach above shoulders.
