Job summary

Rapat Corporation is seeking an Industrial Assembler to join its team in Lincoln, NE. You will assemble products with a variety of tools, ensure quality, and follow safety procedures in a full-time role.

You will operate forklifts and oversee blueprint readings, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with our Packing List App to optimize workflow and accuracy. We value teamwork, safety, and a commitment to high-quality manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with forklifts, overhead cranes, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Utilize cutting-edge tools and technologies, including our innovative Packing List App, to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of assembly professionals, contributing to our collective success and maintaining our high standards of quality control.

What You'll Need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in assembly is a plus.
• Previous familiarity with forklifts, overhead cranes, and blueprint reading will set you apart.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, demonstrating your dedication to getting the job done right.

Shift:

• Full-time
• Mon-Thu 6am – 4:30pm
• Fri OT as needed
• 45-hour standard work week
