Job summary

Rapat Corporation in Hawley, MN is seeking an Industrial Assembler to join the Assembly Team. You will assemble products using a variety of tools and hardware, ensuring each piece meets specifications while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You will work with a dedicated team, use our Packing List App to streamline operations, and contribute to quality control and timely delivery in a standard 45-hour work week. High attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in assembly is a plus.
• Familiarity with forklifts, overhead cranes, and blueprint reading.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Shift:

• Full-time
• Mon-Thu 6am – 4:30pm
• Fri OT as needed
• 45-hour standard work week
