Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Red Wing, in partnership with 3M, is hiring Assemblers for all shifts in Red Wing, MN. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled environment building safety equipment and will receive full hands-on training with a supportive team.

No prior experience is required; willingness to learn and reliable attendance are important as you rotate tasks across the shift. 2nd and 3rd shift options with different schedules are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand and move for the full shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 6 months of prior work history (any industry).
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team environment.
• Strong reliability and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fasten parts
• Sew components as needed
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards
• Use small tools and equipment

Position:Assembler

Type:Full-time (40 hours/week) multiple options for shift

Pay:
$25.07–$27.63 per hour
Weekly pay every Friday

Location: Red Wing, MN

General Summary:
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with 3M in Red Wing to hire Assemblers on all shifts. This opportunity offers a clean, climate‑controlled environment where you will help build life‑saving safety equipment used around the world. No experience is required, you will receive full, hands‑on training and join a supportive team.

Available Schedules:

2nd Shift

• Monday–Thursday | 3:30pm–2:00am
• Monday-Friday | 3:00pm - 11:00pm

3rd Shift

• Tuesday–Friday | 8:30pm–7:00am

Job Duties:
