Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Assembler in Red Wing, MN for full-time work at a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The role offers a pay range of $25.07-$27.63 per hour with weekly pay and multiple shift options, including opportunities for four-day workweeks on select schedules.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assembling components, sewing as needed, and performing quality inspections. A HS diploma/GED and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Read and follow simple blueprints and work instructions.
• Minimum eight months of prior work experience in any industry.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment.
• Strong reliability and attendance.
• Willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a team.

Available Schedules

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM
• Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

3rd Shift

• Tuesday-Friday | 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
• Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
