Job summary

Parallel Employment is seeking Heavy Skilled Assemblers to join our team in the Lake Geneva area. You will assemble components using hand and power tools, following detailed blueprints and schematics, and perform quality inspections to ensure specifications are met.

Ideal candidates have proven heavy assembly experience, can read technical documents, lift up to 50 lbs, and work well with teammates to achieve production goals while maintaining safety in a busy environment.

All shifts available

$19-$21 per hour; based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components for units using hand and power tools following detailed blueprints and schematics.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Proven experience in heavy assembly or a related skilled trade is required. Lifting 50 lbs consistently.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and assembly manuals.
• Strong understanding of tools and equipment used in heavy assembly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
