Job summary

PrideStaff is currently seeking numerous General Assemblers for a company located in Lockport, Illinois. The roles range from entry-level to mid-level assembly. Candidates should be organized and able to work in a fast-paced, group environment.

The next orientation date is Wednesday July 22, and shifts are 1st shift, 6 AM–2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Pay is $15.22 per hour, with temp-to-hire opportunities, weekly pay, and benefits such as insurance and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Must be willing to wear steel toe shoes
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and work overtime as needed
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assemblers perform a variety of tasks that are necessary to the production process and support in the manufacturing of component parts and products for distribution. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment PREFERRED
• MUST be willing to wear steel toe shoes
• Must be able to stand for 8-hours, and work OT as needed
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and a drug test
