The Lee Company in Westbrook, CT is seeking an Assembler/Tester to perform sub and final assembly of a variety of products and to set up/testing equipment. You will read drawings and routings, use hand tools or simple machine tools, and conduct quality checks with gauges and micrometers.

Assemblers/Testers perform sub and final assembly of a variety of products, often using assembly jigs and fixtures to maintain tolerances. They work from drawings, routing sheets and work instructions to follow the specific methods and procedures of each assembly and can use hand tools and/or simple machine tools to perform operations and assembly functions. Testing requires the set up and monitoring of automated assembly or test equipment.
