FITT USA in Anderson, IN is seeking an Assembly Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will read procedures, assemble small and large parts, and perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years' experience with computers and data entry.
• At least 2 years in an assembly line or production environment.
• Able to read and follow procedures and work instructions.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Gather materials needed to complete assembly work.
• Perform setup duties as defined by policy and procedures.
• Assemble finished products to standard specifications.
• Perform quality checks with accuracy and report findings.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation throughout shift.
• Provide support to Supervisor to keep lines operating efficiently.
