Autonomy Staffing is hiring an Assembly Technician (Refurb & Final Assembly) for a contract-to-hire position in Washington, Renton. The role is a hands-on production/assembler technician handling refurbishing, rework, and final assembly of commercial equipment.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Pay is $25–$27/hour with medical and dental benefits and up to 20 days PTO/year upon direct hire. Long-term opportunity with strong benefits after conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, production, refurbishment, repair, or rework.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints/diagrams (basic–intermediate).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish and repair machines returning from the field (rework/repairs).
• Disassemble equipment and replace/repair components as needed.
• Perform basic software setup/configuration on machines.
• Complete final assembly (faucets, hoses, fittings, etc.).
• Conduct quality checks and functional testing to confirm equipment operates properly.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Work independently for significant portions of the day while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Job Summary

Were hiring a hands-on Production/Assembler Technician to support refurbishing, rework, and final assembly of commercial equipment. This role focuses on disassembling incoming machines, completing basic software setup, rebuilding components, and performing final assembly (faucets/hoses). Youll perform functional checks to ensure each unit is working properly before it is released.

This is a long-term opportunity with a stable first-shift schedule and strong benefits upon conversion.

Responsibilities

Refurbish and repair machines returning from the field (rework/repairs)

Disassemble equipment and replace/repair components as needed

Perform basic software setup/configuration on machines

Complete final assembly (faucets, hoses, fittings, etc.)
