Trane Technologies is seeking an assembler for an on-site role in Hastings, NE. The job involves rotating among stations as needed based on staffing and production demands and requires following assembly procedures and standard work instructions.

Responsibilities include locating and understanding instructions, performing quality checks, using power and hand tools, and maintaining safety, organization, and teamwork. Compensation is hourly with full benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Where is the work: On-Site (5 days)

SUMMARY:

The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $18.50 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors. Our compensation range is generally based on the national average for the country.
