Job summary

Aerotek in Everett, WA seeks an Assembly Technician to support fusion generator development. You will read instructions, operate tools, perform quality checks and keep workspaces safe and organized in a hands-on contract role.

Compensation starts at $24/hour with a 10% second-shift differential for 2nd shift; standard shifts are Mon-Fri. On-site, fully onsite with benefits and weekly pay.

Assembly Technician

Overview:

Hiring assemblers to assist in the development of fusion generators. Seize this unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to clean energy initiatives.

Pay: $24 an hour (plus 10% shift differential for 2nd shift)

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Operate various equipment and tools while keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organized.
• Perform quality checks.
• Read and follow technical instructions and drawings.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Capable of following detailed instructions.
• Physically able to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods.
• Skilled in using measuring and hand tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
