Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking an entry-level Operator, Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role involves basic assembly and packaging, with opportunities to learn more advanced tasks as higher-level positions become available.

Shift: 5:30am-3:30pm. Pay rate: $17.78– $19.03 per hour. Must have a high school diploma, English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Join a team-focused environment with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to stand and lift heavy loads for long periods.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Data Entry, SAP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend production SOPs and perform setup of equipment.
• Package materials and ensure correct materials are used.
• Cross-train for higher-level tasks and rotate within the workgroup.
