Job summary

Avancez Assembly is hiring for an Assembler/Sequencer on the 3rd shift at the Flint Plant, MI. The role involves operating production lines, finishing products, and reporting issues to a supervisor. It requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to work rotating shifts, weekends when required, and maintain a safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year of manufacturing experience. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1+ year in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment and finish products.
• Perform basic quality and testing checks.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and adhere to safety practices.
• Monitor production process and assist team to meet goals.
• Move materials and pack goods for shipment.
• Rotate between stations to minimize fatigue and maintain efficiency.
