Avancez Assembly in Lansing, MI is seeking an Assembly/Sequencer on the 3rd shift. Responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products, and reporting issues to supervision.

Role includes repetitive lifting, bending, and day-to-day hands-on automotive manufacturing tasks. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, up to 1+ year manufacturing experience, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work any shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assemble goods on production lines following work instructions.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
