Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Arlington, TX is hiring for an ASSEMBLER/SEQUENCER on the 3rd shift. You will operate production line equipment, finish products, and report issues to your supervisor. The role includes lifting, bending, and standing for long shifts in a manufacturing setting.

Starting pay is $17.50/hour with a $1.00 shift premium. Shift times: Sunday 9pm–6:15am; Monday–Friday 10pm–6:15am. Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ year manufacturing experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble goods on production lines following applicable work instructions.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Follow Company’s philosophies and values at all times.
• Maintain a safe work environment through good housekeeping in work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to safe work practices at all times.
• Monitor the production process and support the team to achieve production goals.
• Ensure that production and quality systems are followed at all times.
• Communicate information to enable appropriate improvements.
• Help the team meet customer expectations.
• Feed raw materials into production machinery.
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse.
• Use lifting equipment to fulfill orders.
• Pack goods to be shipped.
• All other duties as assigned.
