Job summary

ABB is seeking a diligent team member for assembly roles to produce semi-finished and final products on our production lines. You may operate with manual tools and perform quality testing as part of a defined process.

You will help maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with Lean and safety procedures. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime and possibly weekend shifts, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or quality control experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform push/pull tasks.
• Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.
• Able to communicate in English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products and units.
• Performs work manually or with light hand tools.
• Performs regular quality testing as part of the production process.

• Operations within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Education And Experience

• High School diploma/GED is required
• Prior manufacturing experience or quality control experience Preferred
• Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions
• Can work overtime to meet Business Objectives
• Can work a weekend schedule as needed.
