Job summary

Aurora Technologies, Inc. is a custom machine shop in Missouri seeking a qualified Assembly/Painter for 1st shift. Starting pay is based on experience ($18/hr and up) with a $500 sign-on bonus.

1st Shift is 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday; overtime and weekends may be required as duties demand. Join a growing team with opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities include assembling parts from blueprints, painting and applying coatings, deburring, and assisting with packaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with team members to complete tasks.
• Comfort with basic math and reading tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts using blueprints and specifications.
• Install inserts to finished parts and apply coatings.
• Perform finishing touches such as deburring, stamping, painting, and gluing.
• Assist in packaging and building crates as needed.
• Maintain accurate stock and identify, mix, and apply coatings as directed.
