Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic lean concepts.
• Prior background in a manufacturing setting.
• Product knowledge.
• Ability to report daily production.
• Ability to focus on multiple priorities and work a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench and structural assembly, boxing, and bagging operations.
• Set up and operate machinery and equipment including assembly machines.
• Maintain safe working conditions and support 5S workplace organization practices.
• Meet production plans and standards.
