Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Assembler for off-shift work in Aiken, SC. You will inspect engine components and assemblies, support QFL findings in SAP, and help ensure quality across the production line in a high‑reliability environment.

The role requires at least three years in durable goods assembly, the ability to lift 20–60 lbs, and careful adherence to safety and QA procedures. Off-shift hours Sunday–Wednesday night rotations offer a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of durable goods assembly/manufacturing experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift, push, pull weights up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspects engine assembly quality and reports findings using the QFL System and SAP.
• Inspects engine component quality and reports findings using the QFL system and SAP.
• Supports and guides assembly corrective actions to QFL findings.
• Responsible for maintaining QFL system supports gauge and tool calibration process.
• Responsible for managing parts on salvage area carts and start QFL process.
• Generates QFL cards and lists details and pictures from the reject part.
