Rolls-Royce Corporation in Aiken, SC is seeking an Assembler for the Off Shift to join our Power Systems team. You will inspect and document engine assemblies and components, support QFL findings, and maintain calibration and salvage processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in durable goods assembly, strong blueprint skills, and familiarity with torque equipment and standard gaging.

Formación

• Three years of experience in durable goods assembly/manufacturing.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read blueprints with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with torque equipment and standard measurement tools.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects engine assembly quality and reports findings using the QFL System and SAP.
• Inspects engine component quality and reports findings using the QFL system and SAP.
• Supports and guides assembly corrective actions to QFL findings.
• Responsible for maintaining QFL system.
• Supports gauge and tool calibration process.
• Responsible for managing parts on salvage area carts and start QFL process.
• Generates QFL cards and lists details and pictures from the reject part.
