Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Graniteville, SC, is hiring an Assembler for off-shift (Sun–Wed, 8:00 pm–6:30 am). The role focuses on quality inspection of engine assemblies and components, utilizing the QFL system and SAP to document findings and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities include maintaining the QFL system, supporting calibration of gauges and tools, and managing salvage area parts. Prior experience in durable goods assembly is required; OSHA safety basics are expected.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a durable goods assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate PC knowledge and the ability to efficiently operate computer terminals and scanning devices.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and the ability to use information and judgment to determine compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects engine assembly quality and reports findings using the QFL System and SAP.
• Inspects engine component quality and reports findings using the QFL system and SAP.
• Supports and guides assembly corrective actions to QFL findings.
• Maintains QFL system and supports gauge and tool calibration processes.
• Manages parts on salvage area carts and starts QFL process.
• Generates QFL cards with details and pictures from reject parts.
