Job summary

Responsibilities

• High-volume assembly: execute repetitive, high-speed assembly line tasks to meet daily production quotas and throughput goals.
• Machine tending: operate and tend to semi-automatic assembly machinery, loading components and monitoring cycle progress.
• Material flow: ensure the workstation is stocked with necessary components and stage finished product for the next process step (e.g., packaging).
• Process adherence: follow all SOPs and assembly steps to maintain uniform product quality across large volumes.
• Defect reporting: identify and report recurring component defects or machine faults that slow the line.

• Process adherence: strictly follow all standard operating procedures (sops) and assembly steps to maintain uniform product quality across large volumes.
• Defect reporting: quickly identify and report any recurring component defects or machine faults that could slow down the assembly line.
