Randstad USA is seeking skilled assemblers in Carson, CA to join our network of technicians. You will perform precise component assembly in light manufacturing environments with shifts that fit your schedule and the opportunity for short-term mandates.

You will follow detailed schematics, safely use tools, and conduct quality checks on assembled parts. Some roles may include wiring or soldering tasks as needed, with adaptability to different client environments.

Responsibilities:

• Precision assembly: perform complex or repetitive assembly tasks of components or products following detailed schematics, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Tool use: safely utilize various hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimpers, torque wrenches) as required by the assembly process.
• Quality control: conduct meticulous in-process and final visual inspections of assembled parts, identifying and correcting any defects or non-conformances.
• Wiring/soldering (if applicable): perform basic wiring, soldering, or harnessing tasks to connect electronic or mechanical components.
• Adaptability: quickly learn new assembly procedures and integrate seamlessly into different client production environments for short-term mandates.

work hours: 03:00 PM - 02:30 PM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
