Randstad USA is seeking skilled assemblers or assembly technicians for short-term, light manufacturing mandates. You will perform precision assembly according to detailed schematics and use a range of tools, with emphasis on quality and adherence to work instructions.

Opportunities include adapting to different client environments and schedules. Candidates should be comfortable with safety, dress code, and workplace standards.

Formación

• Experience in precision or repetitive assembly following schematics.
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and torque wrenches.
• Ability to perform basic wiring/soldering if required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex or repetitive assembly tasks following detailed schematics or work instructions.
• Safely use various hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimpers, torque wrenches) as required by the assembly process.
• Conduct meticulous in-process and final visual inspections of assembled parts, identifying and correcting any defects or non-conformances.
• Perform basic wiring, soldering, or harnessing tasks to connect electronic or mechanical components.
• Quickly learn new assembly procedures and integrate seamlessly into different client production environments for short-term mandates.
