Job summary

Quanex is seeking an Assembler-Night Shift in Sioux Falls, SD to join a climate-controlled production team fabricating window balances, handle sets, and locks. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 2:30pm–1:00am with competitive pay and shift premium.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow written, visual, and verbal instructions
• Operate a computer to fulfill customer orders
• Utilize machines and other equipment throughout the assembly process
• Lift and move up to 35 pounds
• Perform assembly tasks while meeting production standards
• Adhere to all safety rules and quality standards
• Maintain a good attendance record
• Cross train in other departments as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Quanex is looking for an Assembler-Night Shift to join our team located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

This position performs routine assembly in a climate-controlled production environment. The parts produced in our facility include window balances, handle sets, and locks.

Typical Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am.

The hourly rate of pay for this position $17.00 per hour plus $1.25/hour for shift premium for night shift.
