At Kelly Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Assemblers/Machine Operators to work for an actively growing Aerospace Manufacturer in Clifton Springs, NY. With us, it’s all about finding the right opportunity for you!

Pay: $16-19/hr. (Depending on shift and experience). Temp to hire.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm/3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am (Training on 2:30pm – 11:00pm)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Training on 1st or 2nd Shift)
• Shift Differential: 2nd Shift – 15%, 3rd Shift – 20%

Typical Day:

• Using hand and power tools to assemble products based on blueprints and work instructions.
• Setting up and operating machines for efficient production.
• Inspecting parts with precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure quality.
• Monitoring equipment, making adjustments, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Performing tasks like coil winding and soldering as needed.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
