Job summary

Monoflo International is seeking an Assembler Lead II to coordinate and mentor shift assemblers, ensure training complies with processes, and drive quality and safety initiatives on the production floor.

You will work under the Team Supervisor, use IQMS to execute the schedule, audit inventories, and provide guidance to Assembler Lead I and Assemblers while identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write in English; perform basic math; use computers.
• Interest in focusing on quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale (QCDSM).
• Ability to use technology, computers, and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and develop Assembler Lead I.
• Perform order changes, inventory audits, production audits, and quality control audits.
• Supervise training and provide feedback to the Team Supervisor.
• Audit quality, safety, and compliance; ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Participate in training, evaluation, coaching, and development of Assemblers.
• Utilize IQMS to execute the production schedule.
