Job summary

The Assembler at KPS Global is responsible for assembling fabricated parts under general supervision, following established procedures to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will read blueprints and diagrams, install sub-assemblies and components, operate hand tools, and help maintain 5S housekeeping while ensuring customer requirements are satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete for the full shift.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs with or without assistance.
• Must be able to climb and balance.
• Must be able to use hands to reach, handle, and feel.
• Must be able to read blueprints and basic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components.
• Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to position materials.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely.
• Inspect product to conform to quality and customer requirements.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and record-keeping per procedures.
